Bob is a results driven CFO with proficiencies for helping organizations turn around performance to maximize profitability and streamline process flows. Bob brings strong strategic and tactical financial expertise to help optimize finance department performance & efficiency, performance reporting & analytics, cost controls and revenue cycle management.

Bob has spent the last 12 years in healthcare from both the physician side and the payer side. He has experience leading companies through cash flow crunches, as well as navigating capital raises, sale processes, financial audits and quality of earnings processes.

During his career, Bob has worked with MSOs to lead turnarounds on revenue billing and collections, address administrative infrastructure challenges, improve technology utilization, and lead finance systems implementations. From a technology standpoint, Bob has been successful in bringing together various silos of a healthcare organization into one ERP or CRM system.  As CFO, Bob has reorganized RCM functions to reduce denials upfront and address changes in MA, Medicaid, and Medicare, as well as work with vendors to improve terms.

Bob graduated with a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Masters in Taxation from DePaul University – Chicago.
