Graeme Sanford

Graeme Sanford is a Vice President, Platform Development.

Graeme has a proven success in executing operational initiatives to grow revenue and control costs. He is a focused individual with track record in leading operations, project management and implementing post-merger operations as well as leading acquisitions. He excels at integration, working to consolidate operational work flow and closely managing the change for a successful outcome. Graeme is a transformational leader; directing and supporting cross-functional teams and an articulate communicator, with ability to influence and advice senior business and market leadership on strategy and decision making.

Prior to joining SCALE, he most recently was working with multiple consulting on topics including private equity, project management, M&A, Integration, as well as industry knowledge and experience in Optometry and Ophthalmology.

Previously, Graeme was the Chief Business Integration Officer for Prism Vision Group. While at this role he led and trained team of integration project management specialists in implementing integration playbook within organization and formulated weekly progress reports based on integration metrics, progress, and opportunities. Graeme also presented to executive leadership and stakeholders for informed decision-making, mitigated obstacles/risks as well as offered strategic recommendations accordingly, and planned and executed all aspects of mergers and acquisition activities.

Graeme held multiple high-level roles at My Eye Doctor such as, Vice President of Field Operations, Senior Director of Integration, Director of Acquisition, Regional Manager of Office Development, and Senior District Manager.

Graeme earned his Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Optical/Management at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, UK.
